→Secret: I’m a lazy cook, but I found a trustworthy quick-boil recipe for chickpeas! Cover 2 cups of dry chickpeas in water in a big pot; bring to a boil; boil 5 minutes; turn off heat and let sit for 1 hour; bring to a boil again; simmer one hour; done! If you have extra time, remove skins while hot by rubbing gently with paper towels!
